Meridia Transit Crossing Apartments

All I have to say is the assistant property manager Maria was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when assisting me with leasing my apartment. She truly cares about her work and it shows in how attentive and detailed she is. She responded to all my questions quickly and made sure I understood everything, which made the entire process much easier. Her dedication and genuine care for her clients are truly admirable. I highly recommend her, she’s really amazing! I just moved in and absolutely love this place , very clean , everyone is very friendly , anything I need they always help me out immediately! Truly recommend!!

I’ve lived here over a year now and I do love the ambiance because it’s always so quiet, clean and smells fresh in the hallways. The small gym we have is always clean too. The mail room is organized and kept daily. Work orders are addressed rather quickly, usually within the next business day and I’ve put in work orders for the dishwasher, sink or tub being clogged and lightbulbs that need replacement never had much of a wait. Yes - the fire alarms were an issue but that has been addressed and we haven’t had to deal with random alarms going off at 4am for months now. Helen the property manager is always so kind and helpful. I’m happy to call this place home hopefully for another year or so til we can find a forever home.
