First time ever moving to an apartment and I can confidently say this place was the best decision. **4 months in update: Still the best apartment I could’ve found. They clean it everyday and organize all the packages perfectly. It’s safe, and the neighbors are so friendly!**

Gia was amazing with helping me find my first place in New Jersey! She showed me apartments that fit my budget, and met my standards. Not once, but multiple times! Dogs ran rampant without leashes and the owners think it's "cute." Emails to management about unleashed dogs terrorizing residents went unanswered. Walking in shared spaces is terrifying because you don't know when an unleashed dog will start chasing you down. Carpets and elevators are often stained from dog poop/pee especially on weekends. Horrible place to live!

I looked at 6 places in various parts of northeastern jersey from belleville to garfield and this was by far the best experience. The leasing consultant was straight to the point, knew her facts, and didn’t beat around the bush. I showed up 25 min early and she knew who I was immediately and was prepared. Apartment looked great and I received a timely response to all of my questions. Crazy that other developers spend so much money on the property but lose out on quality tenants due to poor management. Looking forward to moving in.

Moved out over two months ago and still have not received the credit on my account back. Tried to reach out to management via phone call, email, and text and they are impossible to get in touch with. They have been like this the entire time I lived there. The neighborhood and building is nice, but if you need anything from management, you will get radio silence from them.
