Merida Vista Apartments

Excellent!!! Fast responses. My experience was great, the staff is very friendly. Ms. Brenda and Ms. Sosa such great ladies and helped me with all the necessary documents and emails to get my process fast and received my new apt. All I gotta say is thank you and I’ll definitely recommend friends and family in case someone needs a new apt.

The customer service is amazing. I was working with the ladies to get an apartment set up (they were amazing, very kind and quick to respond) went through the application process and payed the $60 application fee… checked in daily. I just drove almost 20 hours to Laredo, and was told I would be able to move in on the 6th. (Tomorrow). I just got a call saying I was declined. And that’s it. Sorry. Tough luck. Pretty disappointed. I was excited. If you have better luck with the “system” that accepts or declines you, I think you will like this place.

We are new tenants first thing we noticed is that it is Very clean and spacious neighbors are very friendly recommended.

I’m very please with the amazing customer service, great value and easy access to the loop, love this community.

Encantados con estos departamentos, las instalaciones muy bonitas, su patio, y lo mejor las atenciones de su personal, Siempre al pendiente durante el proceso, más fácil, con un precio muy accesible gracias ala oportunidad, estaremos entrenando casa el próximo año.
