Mercury NoDa

Highly recommend living at Mercury NoDa, as a resident who has been here almost 3 years! Justine, Kaytee, and Christen have done an impeccable job with the transition to new building management. Property management, in general, can often be a thankless job, but they always do it with grace, kindness, and willingness to help. Thy have always been incredibly kind to me and I felt so welcomed when I first moved here. Their events are a lot of fun as well, and you can tell they try to foster community within the little town that is Mercury NoDa. Please note that some things are just out of management's control. NoDa is an active neighborhood, but coming from NY, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood but gets lively on the weekends. All things considered, you get the best of both worlds: a loc

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mercury NoDa team, and I can confidently say their team is outstanding. Justine, the Property Manager, is professional, organized, and great to work with. Kaytte, the Assistant Property Manager, is friendly, responsive, and always on top of communication. Rick, the Maintenance Supervisor, is knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. Christen, one of the leasing agents, is welcoming, professional, and represents the community extremely well. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here. The ladies in the leasing office and the maintenance crew (shout out to Carlos) have been extremely responsive and helpful in addressing any issues- big or small. I really appreciate Mercury’s staff for taking my concerns into consideration. I am very impressed and grateful for their level or professionalism and care. Thanks for making living here and wonderful experience thus far. Your energy and effort are seen and appreciated!!

I scheduled a tour with Mercury NoDa on line. The office staff communicated via text to confirm said tour for January 10 at 12:15 pm. I drove 2.5 hours. I arrived early as I knew this was a downtown area and may have needed time to park. Arrived to an empty, locked and dark office. Called the office number and text the phone number I had been communicating with the staff through no response. I walked the neighborhood for about 10 minutes which I loved because it is the art district and very lively. All this to say I was stood up and no one ever came to the office or responded to text. Highly disappointed after driving so far as I am relocating to the area soon.

I had a great experience touring Mercury NoDa. Christen was friendly, patient, and very professional. As someone relocating from a beach town, I really appreciated not only how knowledgeable she was about the community and surrounding area, but how patient she was with my timeline and indecisiveness on a 1 or 2. I haven’t made my final decision yet, but her professionalism definitely stood out among the many apartment options in Charlotte.
