Mercury Cove Apartments

I lived at Mercury Cove apartments for three years and moved out recently after getting a house. The apartments themselves are built very nicely with modern accommodations. Sinks, kitchen counters, cabinets, floors and appliances are all new or near new. Pay your rent on time. Report maintenance issues in a timely manner. Build a positive rapport with management. Keep your place reasonably clean and don't attract roaches or other pests. Don't attract attention from the police by inviting idiots over. If you can do these very simple things, you will have a very positive living experience at Mercury Cove Apartments in Palm Bay like I had. It really is this simple.

Amazing team — professional, attentive, and truly on top of everything. The building is always clean, well-run, and any issue gets fixed fast. You can tell management actually cares about their tenants.

I’ve lived in a lot of places, but none have been run as smoothly or cared for as well as Mercury Cove. The management team is responsive, friendly, and keeps the building in top shape. The property itself is well-maintained, and feels like a real community. I couldn’t recommend the property and their management team more highly.

So glad I choose Mercury Cove Apartment to be my home very spacious and they keep the property matained very well. Had the pleasure of talking to Mary when I call the office she was nothing short of amazing very attentive and was able to help me Thanks Mary

Great place to live. Management is awesome. I’ve lived here for eleven years. Any repairs that’s needed they are there. Ashley is awesome and their head maintenance guy Jeff knows what he’s doing and has been with the company longer than I’ve lived here.
