Melville Towers

Grateful during a rough period of adulthood i stumbled upon this mixed income housing complex and Ive been satisfied with the staff and maintenance/ front office and most importantly Ms. Tanya. Who is an understanding service coordinators if you require insight and recourses.

I am actually in the process of trying to get an apt. There! I think the building is so beautiful. All of the offered amenities are Amazing! I live alone & am very quiet & I know I will feel so safe here. The apartments are so beautiful & spacious. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone! Thnak you all so much for taking the time to take care of your tenants! I hope to be there soon!!!!! 💜

This place is going downhill, my mother has lived there for over 30 years and it just seems to be getting worse and worse they usually do a Thanksgiving for a residence but this year they weren't going to have anything but last minute and anonymous person donated but it's only enough for 50 residents what a joke

Very clean and great place if you live a quiet and peaceful life. Rules are necessary or chaos and filth arises. I live alone and have no issue with the police here. I feel safer. Friends come and go no problem. If you like parties, large family loud presence...this is not for you. Otherwise they look out for their tenants. Alot depends on the lifestyle of the tenants. So if you like a quiet clean lifestyle/ you'll love it.

Beautifully maintained however they like to control their tenants lives. Who can visit who can spend the night. How long their tenants can stay out of the apartment. They can not control these people's lives. They have no control over family caring about their tenants. The staff is awful my grandmother has never done anything wrong except have family over. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. No wonder the people that do love there move in and then move right out. If I could give it zero stars for the way they've treated my grandmother they'd get ZERO stars.
