You know I rented from these people for 16 months I was never ever late on my rent except once I paid my 50 dollar late fee I was 4 days late in May Arron hands me an eviction says I have 30 days to vacate not even a notice I ask why he wants to renovate I can't find nothing he put my 2 children and a newborn in the street for no reason cause his apartment is full of mold he needs to renovate I was a good tenant and that's how Melton realty treated me good luck they sure don't treat their good Tennant's fairly he could have given me more time that's all I ask
