Maple Lake Apartments

Overall a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved our apartment and hated to leave so soon. They changed ownership as we moved in this last year, and never had any issues. Although we only stayed for six months before relocating, we saw how much the new owners did to improve the grounds within the short amount of time we were there. Their prompt maintenance and care for their tenants are what we will miss the most. If you’re looking for comfy and simple living, with a neighborhood feel, this is the place for you. The beautiful Grant County Park is nearby, perfect for walking, jogging and even frisbee golf. The park also has several events you can attend throughout the year, making the community feel even stronger. Whippy Dip, the local ice cream and burger joint, was a weekend favorite

We came to check out the unit, everything seemed great & well kept. I will say, Rich (the landlord) was very unprofessional in regards to our application. We both applied with 50$, never to hear back from him. Over a week went by, we reached out via email with no reply after a few days. At this point, we figured we didn’t get the apartment - although our credit was never checked. (?) We decided to call it quits and assumed we weren’t qualified even though my partner had good credit and a job, and I was just income support & listed as the co-applicant. My partner alone averaged 3,000$ a month without me, (in the slow season) so I knew we had a good shot. Most landlords will disclose the reason they turned you away. Rich didn’t even do this. Great apartments with good people surrounding you. I enjoyed my time at maple lake apartments. Very nice scenery with the pond. You can tell the owner values the residents and takes care of all service requests promptly. Would recommend anyone to live here!

Our family had a very abrupt and crazy move from VA to KY recently. We weren't sure exactly where we were going to end up, but we just needed a place to land so we could all be together (not in a hotel!) while we figured things out. Rich kindly offered us a flexible and affordable option at his Milo apartment complex. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for our little family. We are so grateful to Rich for helping us get settled in KY and meeting our family's needs. Definitely recommend.

The number listed is for "Maple Lake and Milo Quarters." I called multiple times to speak with someone about availability before I put in my application as I haven't rented in some years and wanted to know if there was availability, a wait list, or criteria to be met. I never got an answer on that phone. I emailed the apartment and never got a response. I then decided to just submit an application, since the apartments seemingly what I was looking for. I messed up the digital application up and someone contacted me via text to tell me how I needed to resubmit the application and how to pay for it. I had my boyfriend who lives close by just drop everything at the office to make things easier. I never heard from anyone again. I texted the number back and called the office and never got a res
