Melrose on the Bay Apartment Homes

Samantha is so kind. She was very helpful with our move. She answered all my questions in a timely manner (and I asked a lot of questions). She done everything she could to be sure our move was as smooth as it could be. She even met with a friend of ours so she could do a walkthrough and take a video of the apartment for us. We were moving back after leaving for another state and not able to view the unit. The apartment is perfect for my wife and I.

This place SUCKS.. I came to visit my sister & drop off a birthday gift & got my car towed & had to pay $400, how inconsiderate to the guest. Melrose is worried about towing cars when they should be worried about the drug sales & other illegal business & behavior going on there.

I like my apartment and the fact I have washing machine and dryer at no extra cost. No bugs in the apartment. However, management is not monitoring the car decal situation and there's a lot of people parking in resident spaces that don't have the sticker. In addition, some of the neighbors are super sketchy in regards to people living in apartment that are not on the lease or living without electricity,...

Updated: Its going on 2 months now. I have a son with Special needs, who is sometimes sensitive to noise. He absolutely loves it here. Our neighbors are so kind. Most of the kids are well-behaved and respectful. Being so close to the kid park you would expect it to be a bit noisy, but its been really great. Puppy friendly, has a grill area, a pool area I haven't been able to use yet. Has a 24/7 access gym that I am just started to be able to use. We are both happy with our new home.

I dont hate it. Its not the best but they really try. My apartment was re-done but wasnt ready on my move in date. Its old but they update. Totally diverse population, definitely affordable considering the alternatives. Its in a location that's not busy which is nice.
