Getting response after applying to lease at their properties is difficult. They agent is very nice when showing property, but becomes cold and absent when you try to follow up. I have applied to two properties in the past, and had to call multiple times trying to get follow up. You know how hard it is to sit and wait when trying to find housing in Plymouth. One property I applied to, I was told after some time and phone messages, that they decided to "go with a "younger" couple". Ageism at it's best. (I am a single professional under 60). I do not recommend their properties to my colleagues that move to town. I don't recommend at all. Keep looking. There are new properties popping up. This is a dark spot on my move to Plymouth, which I love.

This company is very irresponsible. I made an appointment to see some apartments. I live 6 hours away from that place and while I was traveling, I was paying for boats and car rentals. An hour before, they called me to tell me that both apartments were rented, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road with my investment and a waste of time. An unpleasant experience

Rick does what he says he is going to do. I see it first hand from being a resident as well as my position on The Downtown Steering Committee. For a guy who gets as much done as Rick does you would think he has made a few enemy’s, none I know of. He has my respect and I believe that of the community. Keep up the great work.
