After living in Lexington Apartments under Media Real Estate management for nearly 10 years, I can confidently say this property provides an excellent living experience. The entire complex is well-maintained, and any time I needed assistance, the management team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. To stay in one place for a decade speaks volumes about the quality of life, comfort, and service provided by the company. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. If any friends were looking in the area, this is the first company I would point them to!

Media Real Estate is a bad company! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I lived in Media a few years ago- for 7 years, 440 South Orange ST. Colonial Terrace Apt: with my son. I like the town but not the company. I can go into details, it’s NOT worth it The company is NOT worth your RENT💯

I have been renting from Media Real Estate since 2017. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. On the rare occasion that I have a maintenance issue, they are always prompt in their response and resolution. My neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood in general is great. I’ve been very happy here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live that doesn’t break the bank.

I have heard negative things about this company too many times from too many unrelated people in unrelated situations. This is because they control seemingly everything in this town and whether they intend to be or not, are intimidating to some of their customers. I am disgusted and before anything should be said about me not being in their system they should consider how the above stated perceptions impact the people I care about. Not the bottom line of Media Real Estate.

Owns basically all of the rental properties in media and only allows cats? not cool.
