Mechanicsville Station

These apartments and management are SO trash! They moved me into a unit with a half functioning stove, a broken toilet, mold, water leaks & damage, and so many more issues! There is also no electricity in the bedrooms and they have yet to send out an electrician. I moved 2 months ago and have only slept there a handful of times. I also got arrested for an unpaid citation which I never knew I had. Due to me not having access to my mailbox. My sickly child cannot receive her medication and medical supplies through the mail as well. All of these issues were listed on the walk through inspection and not one thing has been fixed. The elevator is always broken and they have handicap people on all levels that’s cannot use the stairs. Run fast and far away from these POS apartments! Save yourself

there are a few boys hanging out in vacant units causing problems in the neighborhood that don’t live over here with tenants threatening the tenants & destroying peoples property with no camera in the hallways think twice on moving over here if you have children the gates should be fixed at all time high for the residents safety!!!

The Mechanicsville office manager is exceptionally nice and helpful. Their professional demeanor and willingness to assist make renting here a pleasure. Their support enhances the overall experience, making it a welcoming environment for tenants.

Another trash slumlord facility preying on its residents and offering nearly nothing in return. Maintenance isn’t a concern nor is the security. The use of a predatory tow company to basically steal the residents car at night under the guise of a parking permit that weren’t issued or used. Making it easy for the tow company to pick and choose which cars to steal in the middle of the night.. The red haired dude in the front office is a pos.. who is literally a slum lord manager at best.. I think he’s in cahoots with the tow company tbh. Because the tow company that they use has a 1 star rating. And the company you keep says it all.. No security gates work… Entry gates been broken for over a year. Refrigerators are broken and roaches outside the building. So you know they are inside..

Don’t even apply they basically stole my application fee because I was approved to move in but they tired to move me in an unsafe unit and without any of the promises amendments. The staff is very very unprofessional and clearly there is no management.
