This place badly needs a visit from Code Enforcement, is this the type of housing that the mayor wants more of? The tenants deserve better than this place.

Worst place to stay maintenance don’t come to do work order office never answer the phone trash all over the hallways in the parking lot elevator smells horrible when it do work. This place need a new manager team and when I say new I mean all whites so things can get done

I've only been here 2 months and can't wait until my lease is over. Nobody ever answers the phone, maintenance request get overlooked, a lot of kids so expect fights and noise, residents leave trash all over the complex. I really wish I would've took it as a sign when I had to wait two weeks just to get a call back about when I could move in after being approved. Please explore all your options before renting here.

They don’t fix anything yall here me! If could give O stars I would ! Since covid they won’t fix anything yall! Over run with mold and mice are in the walls ! Also the homeless urinate and leave fecal matter on the elevators it’s fecal matter on the elevators now. They don’t fix anything they just accept rent

The office staff is very professional.I have been here 11 years and Ms.Ebony and Brianna have been the best. If I ever need any help with my paperwork or any thing they help with open hands any time. If I had a business I would love for them to work for me. Thank you, P. Lofton
