Mechanics Bank

Today 12/26/2023 The old white lady here provided us a bad service with horrible attitude. Interrupted people’s talking, but claimed did not understand. Making excuses when out of envelopes on her table, but did not want to just move couple steps for it. This lady should call sick if she did not feel well after some kinda surgery(she mentioned it). If she does not like working right after holidays, she should quite this job and find one meets her needs. As a long time customer, I hope they can improve this.

This is a great branch of HomeStreet Bank. I have been coming here for 23 years and all of the tellers are the kindest and makes you feel super welcomed. They remember you and always make sure to try and give you the best service that they can.

Me and my sisters love this bank! The employees are really nice and understanding and are willing to help us deposit and withdraw money. There's a nice waiting area, but things are always going smoothly enough that we never have to wait!

I have driven everywhere just to be able to work with a homestreet bank branch that can work with me despite the negative experience I have had with the Bellevue branch. The wanton control senior tellers have over holding checks and such has been so exploitative I CAN NOT continue banking with this bank. I worked at a bank before and know about customer relationships. This bank, can NEVER SUCCEED or move forward because they miss that aspect!! I would never ever open an account with this branch nor with this bank!!

Terrible experience. Changed their fee structure on business accounts and would not provide any option to close account remotely. Online account tools are terrible. Will never use again and would not recommend.
