Castle Creek Apartments

It's been a year and half for me at castle creek apartments. Everything is so good so far. If there are any issues, then the team is always ready to help. Though I've had some minor maintainence issues with some lights, blinds and garage. Joseph was always on top of them. He is very responsive and helpful . He always makes sure to follow up on the maintenance requests and resolves as quickly possible. He's awesome. Also the onsite team , renewal team and the office folks are always reachable by a phone call and answers all the questions. These apartments are located in a perfect spot. Closer to Safeway, QFC, YMCA, and everything. Easily accessible for everything.

We recently moved to Castle Creek Apartments. During the initial setup we had a couple of issues which requires fix/assistance from Castle creek maintenance team. We raised tickets and it was addressed immediately. Tony and Jo from maintenance team are so friendly and helpful in addressing the issues we raise.

We’ve lived at Castle Creek for 2 yrs and had a great experience thus far. The Castle Creek Maintenance team (Thony & Joe) is great to work with! Quick to respond and communicative on next steps for fixes in our unit.

I moved to Castle Creek in March and love it. Thony and Joe from maintenance are AMAZING and represent the company well!They are friendly and knowledgeable and get things done. This is important as there are no other staff on site. They juggle being the face of the community and maintenance request/issues with excellence. (Side note to say I wish office staff were on site and easily accessible as I feel it would make Castle Creek a more community focused place to live).

We are SO glad we chose to live here. We'd almost signed at a place down the street with awful management. The Essex team HQ in Renton is full of helpful staff and our neighbours here at Castle Creek are kind and mostly quiet. Lots of families. The indoor pool is a great amenity, and usually empty which is a plus. Thony and crew are the best. Friendly and helpful, and super knowledgeable as well- the stellar reviews about the maintenance team are still accurate! I would recommend getting a reserved parking spot as there is very limited free parking, especially on weekends. Garbage and recycling are not overflowing like other apartment properties in the area, and the grounds are very well maintained and well lit! It's a very safe and diverse community.
