Very personable and professional Our experience happened by chance which began when we were driving by the area and happened upon a development that looked interesting. When we drove in we spotted Bert who answered our questions and then invited us in to look at the information he had available. By the end of the day, we settled on a section that checked all of the boxes we were searching for. Bert is very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in answering questions and providing us with guidance throughout our process. We are very happy to now be a part of this new community.

Working with 2 realtor in 2 different states can get very overwhelming , but between them and our realtor in CO they did an amazing awesome job 👏 😀 👍

The worst company I've ever had to deal with we was set to close on the 31 of last month come to find out the people never had funding to buy it Cheryl never showed to show the house we was sign for cash offers only and showing of the house was supposed to be after 530 pm because I have aggressive dogs that didn't happen she did what ever she wanted then she passes it off to one of her fellow realtors Mike was told the people that was buying it had funding and the 31 was closing ok then the storm came hhrough and a new date was set for the 6 th of sep now the people don't have a loan how you ask lol mean while we have moved out cause closing was the 31 right again don't use this company do your selfs a favor find someone else they truly have no clue what they are dont
