Bet all the positive reviews are from employees or just people who didnt reralize the low level of quality. This was a nightmare. They build for Maximum profit so you can guess where they cut corners. On my House it was every where. We were so excited to be moving into a brand new Storm Safe Block home. Every time a hurricane came through we worried about finding a shelter because we worried about the safety of our mobile home. The Day of the Walkthrough I saw pointed out a lot of items and trusted the Guy was writing them all down. This guy was super friendly seemed a little clueless and when I asked him he said he was brought in from another area that there had been 3 different supervisors on this job and it had not gone well.
