Meadows of Gahl Terrace

For the most part, complex is pretty quiet. The maintenance crew is great as they are always keeping up the property, and doing their best to keep great tenants around. If you are a bad tenant, they have no problem kicking you out. (Probably why people complain in a review when THEY were a bad tenant in the first place complaining about management). Landlord is really straight forward and spells out everything for you so there are no confusions, just follow the rules of the property like everyone else and there won’t be problems. As mentioned in other reviews some of the appliances are outdated but they get the job done and when there has been an issue, I reach out management and they get back to me really quick and will take care of you. Thanks Mike and Danny for all that you do.

I really like the Meadows of Gahl Terrace. I love the location. I've never had any issues and I've been here 3 years. The only thing is the appliances are kinda dated but they work.... so I give 4 stars.

Sometimes you look at reviews and think maybe that person just had a bad experience so you still give it a try. With these reviews listen to them. The apartments are not bad at all for the price but the property manager needs to be investigated. He is very rude disrespectful and unapproachable his comments are very inappropriate. He told me “this is just a place to stay but these are other tenants home” because I’m “young” he even admitted into going into my apartment while i was not present and didn’t even give me a notice. With this being said i don’t suggest any one move here he harasses his tenants it’s not worth the stress .

My one star rating is not based upon the tenants and the quality of the apartment. I would give it a five based upon that those alone. My rating reflects directly the property manager and the owners. They are the most foul people I have ever encountered in my life. They can be, need to be, and are currently being sued for many things with discrimination mean just one of them. Until these people are gone, get this place can never live up to it's capabilities.

Overall positive experience here so far (2yrs). Like anywhere else, it has its issues. The appliances are dated, the stove is literally falling apart and we just gave up on trying to get them to fix it. Management can be somewhat unapproachable but they do a pretty good job about preventing any major issues from popping up to begin with. You get what you pay for, and what you pay for here is space and security. Everything else is kind of mediocre but nothing is all that bad. If they charged more I'd probably drop a star or two, but it's a good value for what they ask.
