You’d think they’d be eager to speak with potential tenants, spoiler: they’re not. When I walked in, the front office was completely empty, but you could hear the two employees chatting away on phones in the back. We waited nearly twenty minutes before either of them decided to even acknowledge our existence. Finally, one of them strolls out, offers no greeting, no “hello,” no “how can I help you” just an eye-roll and a flat “We don’t have anything. This situation is completely unacceptable. I need to know the location of the corporate office and who is responsible for this building. My mother has been without air conditioning since last year, and despite multiple visits to the office, no action has been taken. If anything happens to her, I will take legal action and reach out to the media. It’s crucial for someone to be held accountable and fulfill their responsibilities. Now they’re suggesting giving her a window unit—this cannot be the solution! I’ve just learned that the AC units are turned off due to a lack of freon, which is outrageous. I will be contacting code compliance first thing in the morning. This situation is intolerable! I did hear that people are moving out of these apartments they are forcing everyone to sign leases.

New owners have taken over and don’t fix any of the problems brought to them. My closet was broken for 3 months to fix it but they kept saying they would come back everyday. It was eventually fixed but it was broken/come down the next day. I’ve been waiting months for a key to my mailbox which was stolen from me. I’ve talked to the mailman who explained that he has to personally deliver mail to houses because several tenants have no mailbox keys. There is a gentleman who has an attitude every time I come to the office to ask for assistance and a woman who always makes excuses about why they can’t help or why they may be behind. Don't bother to look here. Beware! They don't answer their phones. They are not in the office when they should be. They never return messages, and maintenance is,...wait, what maintenance? Homeless people are breaking into empty homes, and staying in them overnight. Don't hate yourself later for not listening to me. This use to be a great place to live back in 2006 and part of 2007, but you apparently cannot live in the past. Best of luck in your search.

Called and left several messages during different times of the day, without a return call. :-( I also, dropped past the office different times and days and no one is ever in the office. What's up with that are you working from and do I need an appointment? My question is, I have been on your waiting list for over 2 years. I would like to know where I am on the list?
