DO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE MICE ROACHES AND RUDE MANAGEMENT YOU WILL HEAR MICE RUN IN THE WALLS YOUR KITCHEN AND YOU SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT TO THE RENTAL OFFICE THEY ACT LIKE YOUR BOTHER THEM MICE BE EAT THROUGHT YOUR WALL FLOOR KITCHEN THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BAD MANGERS I HAVE REPORT THESE ISSUSE SO MANY TIME IF THIS IS YOU LAST CHOICE DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU BETTER OFF LIVING ON THE THE STREET

If I could give them 0 stars I would… maintenance is horrible, I been putting in tickets for mice,roaches, and spiders and nobody has came out. LANDLORDS ARE HORRIBLE DONT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB! place infested with MICE & ROACHES THAT LAYS BABIES EVERYWHERE … 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE! and I have kids in this house!

I had a 2 bedroom and it was absolutely disgusting, me and my husband were catching mice damn near every night, we couldn’t get our a/c fixed the a/c unit they did provide leaked on the floor (hardwood) they never covered the holes were the mice were entering at or any of the hole for that matter. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT, yea the price is cheap but the complex, building and the actual apartment is TRASH,MICE INFESTED AND DON’T NOBODY DO NOTHING IN THE OFFICE.

I moved into my one bedroom apartment in April of 2024 and all I can say that you are getting what you pay for. The biggest issue is the communication at the complex lack. The non urgency when it comes to serious issues. Like what do you mean I have to wait 48 hours to get my stove in order to have my stove fixed. They don’t consider being locked out of your apartment an emergency either. This apartment complex is mediocre and a 2/5 at best and the ONLY reason why I give it a 2 star is because my apartment is not as bad as the others but definitely DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
