Meadowbrook Apartments

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred today at the Meadowbrook main office. It truly saddens me to have experienced such inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, particularly at a housing property that publicly claims to be an Equal Opportunity Housing Provider. As stated on your website and in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws, Meadowbrook Apartments claims to provide housing "without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other classification protected by law." Unfortunately, the treatment I received today directly contradicts those values. According to the publicly listed business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00

I can only rate this place as a visitor, I don't really know what it is like to live there. The apartment I visited seemed nice and comfortable. I had trouble navigating the place. It is a very large property, with quite a few buildings. And it's hard to see the addresses. And don't trust google maps to guide you well in this complex, it gave me wrong directions. That was part of the difficulty navigating the place. They do have nice grassy areas and at least a couple of good playgrounds. The person in the main office was nice, kind and very helpful. She helped me find my way. I believe they have a recreation center and they do have a gazebo large enough for an outdoor party.

The office staff is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life, especially Christina. No customer service. No professionalism. No human decency or manners. At all. This place is supposed to be for people in need not for employees to be mocking people who are looking for assistance.

I know somebody who currently stays in these apartments and from what she goes through I wouldn’t recommend no matter how much she cleans there are still roachs they come and spray roaches still there living rent free the police and ambulance are there every other week and they say the low income but they wanna raise rent 2200 and can’t fix a roach problem

Some neighbors are considerate some not. Not all building units are roach infested parking is decent. Granddaughter learned to ride a bike on property, pretty spacious. Family environment but many underaged unsupervised children, teens run amuk. Much maintenance keep grounds clean early during the week. Wash rooms need better maintenance on machines. Management doesn't tolerate certain foolishness.
