Meadowbrook Apartments

The office people are nice and try to help, but their hands are tied because they have to wait on approvals form the maintenance big boss. We’ve been waiting a long time for repairs and nothing has been done. It feels like they dont really care about our situation, rent is due. We have been sleeping in living room and insulation is getting in the air we breathe, they put two sticks there but not fixed. The staff here do what they can, theres some balconies that are falling off and they dont care it could land on a kid playing etc..

This place is completely terrible now. Everything was fine with the old management but the new one is a different story. If you're interested in moving here don't. Lots of broken promises. There is no enough staff and they take forever to accomplish one thing. They open the pool months after every other complex with pools. They're not consistent with anything what so ever. They really need to get their act together instead of riding around in stupid golf carts in such a small area. If you have children stay away. Pool will ever be open

A few days ago I moved to this apartment complex and I am very happy with the effort that the maintenance guys make so that everything is quite organized. Here are some photos that I take to be able to recommend

BROOKRIDGE: I really love my Apartment :) the only thing that isn’t fair /don’t like is that some residents have up to 5 vehicles they be fighting for the parking spaces and they don’t even have stickers in their cars Smh :) expired plate , and apparently anyone can park here .

Bad place to live there's thugs living there there's a man who's claimed to be the boyfriend of the property manager at the office that waves his gun around at the apartment threating people with his gun in front of children and nothing is done bc of the fact his girlfriend is the property manager wouldn't recommend
