Meadowbrook Apartments

Not a bad complex. Benefits families of low income. Could spruce it up a bit and do some remodeling in the future. Had a friend that use to live here, it was cool.

This apartment complex is for section 8/government housing. That being said it is still a very nice place and quite attractive place. There's a little drama because of some residents but as long as you keep your nose in your own business your likely to never encounter or worry about that.

Wow, first off I want to say any information I got it was from the reviews. I was offered a unit by HATC and was mandated to call the office within TWO days to make an appointment to accept or decline the offer. I called the same day ofcorse! My kids and I have been living in a shelter for 9MONTHS we were excited to finally be accept. Only for my excitement to go down after speaking with the office the first time. I was cut off in mid conversation told that they don’t have any units ready and it’ll be “a couple of weeks “ which is literally 14 days. My number was verified by the office lady I’m assuming ISA JUAREZ . So that was day 1. I reread my unit offer and then realize it said that if housing don’t receive any written notice of acceptance on the 3rd day after the offer was sent by 5:0

Reminds me of my youth. Kids running around, dogs running around. This way of life seems like it's uncommon anymore but that's okay

I just recently moved in been about a week & already I have people watching my apartment as well as myself & last night they tried to break in. I had no sleep for fear of my life. I will be calling housing authority Monday morning about this matter. There's no reason for this I've done nothing to anyone.
