Meadow Wood Place Apartments

Update: These apartments were my very first. (2021) I lived there 2 years. I loved it. It had everything I wanted as a young teen moving out on my own. From the build in microwave to never seeing a roach ! The rent seemed high for no pool Nore park. But you get 3 gas stations and a liquor store .. and food right at the end of the street.. very convenient. I never was afraid of my surroundings, which was very important to me as well. It’s very quiet out there. All around I had a good experience. The office managers really dealt with me & helped me out MANY TIMES, When I feel behind. Not many apartments do that. And I’ll be forever greatful for that & the experience. & last but not least ! The company’s man Thomas ! That man is very dedicated to his job out there. You see him out there every

I just recently moved to Meadow Wood Place Apartments 05/15/2020 and I’m in love! Adena, the property manager, was very helpful and understanding to all of my questions and concerns. She’s very prompt and timely with her business of notifying you of different matters. Roy, the maintenance man, is knowledgeable and very quick when it comes to repairs. He fixed all of my maintenance issues in no time! Also, they both went above and beyond in helping with getting my couch inside my unit. The unit I received was one of the recently updated units on the property. New appliances, new flooring, new paint and etc. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The neighborhood here is very quiet and peaceful and my neighbors are so kind and respectful. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for my son and I as we embark

I moved here in March of this year, and i can honestly say that these apartments are more than what u could have imagined. It’s a very quiet complex so you don’t have to worry about any noise. The landlord is so kind and understanding, and the maintenance man moves with hast when you are having any problems. I can not complain. I highly recommend moving out here you will not be disappointed.

Since new management has taken over i am very pleased with the overall quality of service that we have received. Adena is very nice and friendly and there is nothing she won't do to make her tenants feel comfortable and happy. Any problems arise Adena and Roy the maintenance man will take care of it. Improvements are being done slowly but surely. Keep up the good work guys.

Moved here 4 months ago place is quite but it’s definitely not worth 980 a month apartment has roaches they do not spray at all the tub looks like it was painted with two different color paints the tub dosent drain like its pose to whoever did the flooring they can not measure! I stayed in some trailers in hepzibah that was 44 years old 2 bedroom and didnt have nearly as much a problem as we do with these apartments they even had s park for kids this place doesn’t even have a park for kids at all.These apartments not worth what they are listed for!
