Meadow Ridge

I’ve lived at Meadow Ridge for 7+ years and have really enjoyed it. Kristen, the property manager, is fantastic! She’s always friendly and helpful, and she listens to any concerns. She truly cares about residents’ comfort. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community remains clean and quiet. The location is another big plus. Nugget Markets, Starbucks, and many good restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s just a short drive to I-80. I highly recommend Meadow Ridge if you’re looking for a place to live.

I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed a comfortable living environment during my stay at Meadow Ridge Apartments in Davis, CA. I’ve had a great experience with both the property manager and the maintenance team throughout my time here. The property manager is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about making sure residents are comfortable. The maintenance team is prompt, skilled, and always courteous — any issue I had was resolved quickly and properly. What really stood out to me is that they’re not just helpful while you live here — they also make sure you get the most out of your security deposit when you move out. Highly recommended team — professional, kind, and committed to doing things the right way.

Before I moved in, I was looking at the reviews and all had so many good things about this place. And after actually living here for couple months, I agree with all the good reviews: high maintenance, safe, clean, warm and very convenient. My family really enjoyed the stay here special thanks to Kristen and Ion. If we ever comeback to Davis, we would definitely stay here again.
