Meadow Green Courts

Unacceptable treatment — immediate management action required I visited Meadow Green Court in Washington, DC as a prospective resident and had a completely unacceptable experience in the leasing office. The staff member I interacted with, Tamika, was openly disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was not greeted appropriately, my questions were brushed off, and I was spoken to in a manner that no applicant or resident should ever experience. Customer service is not optional — especially in housing. The behavior I encountered reflects poorly on the entire property and raises serious concerns about how residents are treated. Based on this interaction, I am formally requesting immediate action, including the termination or removal of Tamika from a resident-facing role, as her cond

There place is horrible. They paint over mold and anything else. There are mice. Me and my son have gotten sick and my son is suffering the most since he was young when we moved in. He has lost his hair and more. I have done everything know to do as well as being in court for two years and nothing has still been done. I have call every inspection in DC. I also hold DOB responsible this is ridiculous. These companies still trying to get and raise rent and for the courts, DOB, Environmental and energy as well OAG. So many people even our congressman and women know about my situation I have reached out to everyone and still nothing at all theses years since 2018. Don't move hear if you love anything about life, only if you are ready to die.

mice infestation, roaches, and now ants, I've been in my apartment 6 years and 3 months and never been able to clearly look out my window needs to be cleaned from outside, (fairly old windows). my dish washer hasn't worked properly for years. Besides that, staff are very nice and response in reasonable amount of time regardless the situation Aswell as maintenance. I moved from here a year ago

Not a good place to live! I wish I could upload videos of it raining urine and fecal water in our bathroom. We have reported the rats, and they have done nothing about it as of yet. The rats are dangerous due to health issues and medical equipment my husband has. Plus, Amelia has admitted to me, more than once, that she "accidentally " applied our rent to another account! We are looking for another place to live now. Somewhere that is better and safe, because this place isn't!

I enjoyed my tour here at Meadow greens Courts recently. The staff here were wonderful and pleasant, they answered all my questions and was helpful with moving arrangements considered. The apartments were very spacious and the neighbors of the community were so helpful and non disturbing to one another. I was taken back by the low pricing and availability that they had which I thought would definitely compliment the awesome metro bus/rail lines which makes for easy access from home/work. I would definitely suggest this property at the top of my list. I look to sign lease relatively soon! ;)
