I am still in my unit what's not said is they can't deny your deposit by law they have to give you your deposit back. Or itemize what they are charging you for in your apartments. And it can't be wear and tear or something that was the negligence of the apartment. I also have mold and have been trying to get them to drop my lease due to health reasons. It's a shame the apartments hasn't been inspected by the health department. They will not take you to court when you have a case against them. You will need to go to Magistrate court and file against them.or get your own attorney.if nobody does anything we are excepting the terrible treatment and are paying the very expensive rent to live like this. File in Magistrate court downtown Rockdale nobody should suffer this way. They don't deserve
