Meadow Creek Estates

As others posted the noise of other tenants above is distracting and annoying it’s not their fault but the build of this apartment. Also the weeds out back that should be landscaped by Wolf and Kline are not maintained. I complained and they did some removal and power washed the moldy green fence. I should have looked closely at the appliances as well. Several issues with that. For the price that keeps going up with old 80’s washer and dryer they should be replacing and fitting with new. Very cheap repairs.

Wolf & Kline is by far the worst company I've ever rented from. These places a meadow creek estates are awful. The walls are parer thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors using the bathroom. It's awful. This has been the most miserable experience. Things we were told would be fixed before we moved in weren't fixed. The dishwasher was disgusting and clogged. They hadn't cleaned the apartment - there was an inch of grime on the tile floor we were told would be replaced. It's all scratched up and definitely was not replaced! The dishwasher previously leaked prior to our move in and they didn't replace the water damaged cabinets near by. The heat pump is old and inefficient. The windows are paper thin and our apartment was freezing all winter. The washer and dryer are old and rusty. I spent the

Wolf and Kline are the worst. Don't expect any cooperation. The homes are paper thin. The gutters aren't even thick enough. You can count on your windows turning green. Your next to a waste plant and a farm that sprays. That's just a few problems with this place. I'd give zero stars if I could.
