Meadow Creek Apartments

The manager and maintense guy do a good job. The main problem is corprate does not to fix the patio doors. Corprate just really does not seem to want to pay for any repairs. The landscaping look horrble. Since corprate is cheap. It was a nice complex till the recent company took over. If you pay by debit card. You have to pay a 9.99 fee. They refuse to find a cheaper way for the residents. Then the idiots at corprate will not renew the bulk internet and TV package. So we have to get are own. The company that owns the complex is cheaper than Scroge. Meadow Creek or Geto Creek is not handicape apartments

Was lied to several times. Had money imbezeld when we first moved in and they made us pay a security deposit again. We were also charged for two months of rent when we didn’t live there for those two months. There were several issues with the manager, and she was always rude to us. We also put in a notice to leave a month and a half before we moved and they said they never got it, and then lied again stating that they don’t see it cooperate sees it. Would not recommend anyone living here, neighbors are rude and the whole place is expensive. It’s not low income housing like we were told it would be. We also never got our pet deposit back when it was promised to us

Was lied too. I have the messages on facebook between tori and me. Was told a apartment was availble.and I do believe got april or some month free. And then get their fill out my info. And paid for it. Then we told ohh it's not avaible. Had to spend over 2000$ for hotel rooms so my 2 children and me and my boyfriend wasent homeless. Had to charge that on my credit card. At the time I owned my home. But was going threw a divorce made me move out my house. When I could of spent more time thier. If I knew I was going to be lied too. Just wanted to get a apartment set up. Before I had to be out of the home I was staying at. I would never rent threw them. The new staff dont care.

Its not a place you want to bring your family to live they worry more about moving people in than dealing with problems back here .it's all about filling. The empty apartments .why should they take care of the ones they have. I went to the to the office about two issues that I. Went on last Friday and she would deal with it. On monday but she never did and the issues was two felones liviving back. Here in meadow creek apartments. one lives in c3 and the other other one lives in h6. They say when you move in no felonys or criminal record. They both have been kicked out before but there family keeps sneaking them back in .I inform the office about the one but they won't do anything it goes all the way up to corp.tiffany doesn't in force any corp rules she's the problem and this rayan guy.K
