Meadow Branch Apartments

Had my tour with Jeweleya today and she was amazing! I didn’t feel rushed at all. She answered all of my questions and even let us double back to get pictures of the apartments that we looked at. She was so sweet and really made me feel excited about the prospect of moving here. I highly recommend scheduling a tour with her!

For a largely suburban town, Winchester interestingly has a lot of apartments. Not sure why. And they are pretty full also. In our rounds to the various apartment complexes a common theme was lack of availability. After a fair bit of apartment shopping we settled on Meadow Branch. They are a cut above the rest in terms of their apartments and facilities. They have quite a few facilities. A pool, fairly well equipped club house, fire pit for outdoor barbecue, charger for EV, you can even book their mini theater to watch a movie with friends. They have a few different configuration of apartments- but they are also nice. Some bigger than the others. They are also building a new set of apartments as we speak. They are located right across a school, Close to a CVS and the Valley Hill hospit

As a guest from California visiting my son at Meadow Branch Apartments, I’ve seen Teresa working hard everywhere—around the apartments and clubhouse. She keeps this community spotless and welcoming.

When i lived here they would come into your apartment without giving proper notice. I was literally getting out of the shower in my towel and suddenly there were men in my apartment to check smoke detectors and change the filter on the AC unit. Apparently they would put a notice on the front door to the building the date they would come but since I often used the underground garage I would have no notice at all. This happened a total of 3 times in one year. A better system would be to put individual notices on the door to the units that way it won't be such a surprise when random men show up wanting to come into my apartment. Other than that the place was nice.

Lived here for two years and each year they up the rent by $100 or more including the pet rent by $10. Maintenance is a joke, they Will look at something broke and say that’s the way it’s supposed to be, cracks on the walls and doors that don’t shut right (but They won’t Fix) and your lease ends before your actual move-in date.
