McQuilkin Real Estate was phenomenal! The owners were so nice and helpful with me for my first rental home. They made everything so easy and the respect they had for their tenants was amazing. If there was a problem at all, McQuilkin Real Estate made sure that it was fixed in a timely manner. They made me feel a part of a bigger family. Love these guys and gals.

I rented from Mcquilkin for eight wonderful years! The place we lived in was such a perfect start to our home life. The customer service was amazing—they always took care of any work orders promptly. Plus, they were super flexible with our inspection schedules. I had such a great time working with them, and I’ll definitely miss having them as our landlord. I can’t recommend them enough for your rental or real estate needs!

We rented a property that McQuilkin managed... and it was not a good experience. 1. One of our kids bedrooms didn't close all the way since day 1, we pointed it out to them on multiple inspections and even submitted a work order and the issue was never resolved. They even marked the work order as "closed" when no one even contacted us to fix it. 2. Communication was poor and inconsistent. They sometimes texted and sometimes emailed. The gave us 38 days notice to move our family of 4 (while yes thats still more than the 30 days minimum outlined in our lease), this was extremely inconvenient. They also didnt tell us that we would only be able to be in the home for 18 months due to the homeowner wanting to move there. 3. Fabian, who did 2/3 inspections was rude and condescending. In our m
