I had to sue this builder due to contract and code violations. That did not include the poor job done that caused mold in my shower within 4 months of moving into the new home (that he downplayed the severity of, we had to move out for two weeks it was dangerous) and no permits for our gas line that had a massive gas leak. Seth Mabus was so difficult to work with and plays a gaslighting game where he talks about how bad other clients are in an attempt to shame clients from fighting for what is right.
