I am a local business owner in the area and I've been working with Barabara, and this agency for over 15 years and I think they are fantastic. I've seen nothing except focused, dedicated and caring people working long hours to provide individual attention to our community. Thank you very much.

Don't waste time with these people. They're unprofessional. Rude. Ignorant. Racist. They were so rude to me and my partner. We are interracial. They gladly stole our money just to say no. Don't waste time or energy with this unprofessional rude agency. You're better off anywhere else. Luckily I found a beautiful place, and a great price. No thanks to them. I never should've even gave them the money. They were so nasty. An older heavy set lady with Deep voice was no nasty to us. Outrageous. Be careful. People like this at this agency will prey on other peoples downfalls. They know how much we needed a house and didn't care about anything but the app fee. So, be careful and cautious. Imagine having this company as property management?! Oy VEY!

After going back and forth to rent a house in forked river and after wasting 2 weeks of are time she sends a text to my realtor stating the landlord would like to hold off for a better person. I have all the txt message to prove all she did was give us a complete run around and take 80$ of my money. They asked for a co-signer. I provided that, then states it’s not good enough. I highly would recommend staying away from this place. Worst place and the worst staff I have had to deal with. They should be shut down. I’ll also be contacting the township to advise them what type of person she is doing business in this town.

Please STAY AWAY from this company.. Having a roof over us, my daughter and myself was the only thing I was thinking when I reluctantly accepted the apartment 5 years ago. Even the realtor and case worker I was working with gave me there name at the last dead last step of my apartment shopping process. They have the worst word of mouth and professional opinion I've ever heard. Yet i was at end of line so it was my only option. From day one the office manager treated me like I was so beneath her and it just got worse. Sarcastic, degrading, rude, and DISHOUNEST. Entered my apartment unlawfully, blamed it on me, took most security deposit (fraudulently, ILLEGALLY) stole items from my apartment, threatened ME AND MINIMIZED any problem and made it my fault.
