We found Katora when we made an appointment to see a house she had listed. I had also recently met her previously at an event for the Bradley Beach Community Alliance. We ended up putting an offer on said house and now we are neighbors + friends! Katora is the guru for houses by the beach. She knows her stuff, is responsive, organized, kind, and intelligent. We couldn't be more grateful to have had her guidance and expertise with the purchase of our home by the sea! In addition, Katora supports small local businesses which we love - giving us a beautiful basket of goodies from a shop in town as a housewarming present, bringing us coffee from the local coffee shop on moving day, and then bringing delicious apps to our MDW party. She is also cool as hell...(even my Gen Z daughter agrees... :

Five stars just aren't enough for Katora. We had been casually looking for a home at the beach on our own for over a year, attending open houses and driving by potential houses. But then….we finally found a house in which we were truly interested. We didn’t have a realtor and happened upon Katora through the friend of a friend. At her core, she is a very kind and friendly person and we felt at ease with her straight away. We ended up putting an offer on that house and to our delight went under contract. However, what we thought would be a simple real estate transaction turned out to have several challenges. Katora navigated each issue professionally and pragmatically. At long last, 4.5 months after we initially went under contract, we are the owners of that first house we saw with Katora.

Highly recommend Katora! She marketed our property beautifully online, across her networks, and in a full page magazine ad. She is very responsive, communicative, and a joy to work with. She really knows her stuff! We would work with her again in a heartbeat.
