He keeps me updated on everything, handles tenants and repairs quickly, and makes owning a rental completely stress free. I was really hesitant about renting my house because I didn't think I could cover the mortgage. Matthew and his team spent time renting each room individually and maximized my income. They also gave me 3 months free. They don't charge any additional fees other than the management fee. I'm very pleased with this company!!

They seem like a dependable company. So far, I have no complaints. My tenant had been difficult, but it seems the situation has improved and the late rent and excuses have stopped.
