Updated review October 24, 2017 My original 2 star review was when I first lived in one of their managed rental homes. I have now rented a home with McNally as my landlords for over 4 years. Customer service is much better and they resolve important issues timely. They are easy to get a hold of and often I can contact the owner directly which means I eliminate the middle man and get quicker response. I appreciate that they have nice homes to rent. Thank you!

McNelly Investments are an amazing company. They helped me rent my fist condo. Super friendly and caring people. They were so quick to fix anything and everything that happened at my house. If you are looking to rent or sale shoot even buy come visit Nona! She won’t treat you wrong :)

I have rented from McNally Investments for over 5 years and have never had one problem. The office staff and the owners are professional and my experience with them has been wonderful. They always have time to speak with me, even if it’s just say, “Hello, how is going ?” I would definitely recommend this company!!

Have been leasing a home from Mc Nally for 10 years. During this time have NEVER had the AC on serviced but this summer felt it needed to be done ASAP. When we asked the people in charge they didn't want to send anybody to service the unit because it wasn't broken. Apparently they're not familiar with Preventive maintenance. So for 2 months continued to try and get them to send someone out to no avail. Then on a Friday evening the unit broke down. We tried contacting the realtor but didn't get a hold of anybody until the next day. Mind you it was 105° that day. The house was so hot I had to sleep inside of my car to get some relief that night. The next morning the realtor said they couldn't get anybody out to look at the unit until Tuesday I told him that was unacceptable that they could g

I'm a new residential tenant under McNally Investments. Very nice people, and responsive to my emails. I'm looking forward to living here in Visalia. Also, their office is easy to get to with ample parking. I would love to have a business to rent out one of your great offices, so we'll see what the Universe has in store for me.
