I would not recommend this apartment complex at all, they have HORRIBLE customer service, trying to make you feel like you are being a headache for them when all you need is a comfortable place to live. Jamie and the “Supervisor” had no manners and no training on how to deal with people’s needs, I am very surprised by the way they spoke to me over the phone making me settle down for something I did not want, they will pressure you to give them the $1k deposit without even having the apartment you’re looking for available. This has been the worse experience I have ever had when renting a property. Horrible experience from Jamie and the supervisor they are rude and do not respect when tenants decide to change floors.my wife asked for the deposit back before moving. If the customer service is poor before moving in I can only imagine when people are locked in with lease. Perfect example on why a lot of units are empty

Amenities are misrepresented: they promote a fitness center and clubhouse, but once you move in, access is denied. No compensation is offered for the lack of amenity access, even though these features are used to market the property. Great location! So many nearby shops, dining and sports park within walking distance. The apartments are spacious and very practical. Amazing facilities, pool, and clubhouse. Telling all my friends!

I’m from Southern California, just toured the 2 bed 2 bath here. They are big and super nice, it’s on an huge property with included 24 hour gym, club house, pool with outdoor kitchen. The ladies in the office are amazingly kind as well !
