During my first meeting with McNair Custom Homes, John McNair told me he would build me a great home! That is exactly what happened. No home build goes perfectly smooth due to unforeseen circumstances but the McNair’s were always there with a solution. They were available every step of the way. Communication was excellent. The team I worked with were all stellar. I cannot emphasize that enough. I will always be grateful for John, Jack, George and everyone else behind the scenes that help make building a home enjoyable. The experience of owning a McNair home has been amazing. The absolute beauty, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design is what attracted me to the home. I only ever looked at the home I bought from the McNair family, after seeing it I knew there was no need to look further. Over the past 5 years, I have received first class customer service. We had a positive experience with Mcnair Custom homes. We had several builders to choose from but Mcnair stood out above the rest. Quality was an important part of our decision but character was important as well. We wanted a builder who would guide us safely through the process of building a custom home. Someone who would make us aware of all things known and unknown. Mcnair did just that. Our build was not without some snafu’s but how you respond to adversity is important. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Years later Mcnair is still responding to any issues we have no matter how big or small.
