McKinney Village Apartments

New resident and so far i absolutely love the place. The apartment is beautiful and great pricing. Very quiet and peaceful.

From start to finish, the whole process was quick and seamless. The office staff (Jasmine and Sandra) are awesome! Being a property manager isn’t easy, but Sandra is so sweet and always on top of things. Every concern I’ve brought to her has been handled right away and with care. The maintenance team is great too, you can tell they really take pride in their work. The property grounds are always clean and well kept, which I really appreciate. I’ve been here almost 3 months now, and I can honestly say I’m very pleased. Thank you to the whole team for all that you do!

I just moved, my new apartment is great, high ceilings, huge kitchen, new appliances, The closets are huge, I love them!! nice and safe property!! The leasing office is great, they are very friendly, Jasmine and the property manager were always aware of my move and that everything was perfect in my new home, thank you Sandra, never had a manager call me to welcome me and check that everything was okay!! Great customer service

Absolutely love the friendliness of Sandra, the Manager. Apartments are beautiful even though they only had one model to show. GREAT Customer Service!!! Work orders are handled in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about Sandra the Manager. Sandra is awesome, detailed and follows through with her word. Willey, the Head Maintenance man is beyond AWESOME! By the way, I just saw somebody give a review that two ladies were talking in the office and ignored her. This is totally untrue. I am a resident. I was talking to one of the managers and this lady was not in the office more than one minute, so this review is totally totally invalid.

I moved from Out of state to McKinney village Apt, the transition was smooth and fast. Jasmine at the office was very efficient and pro active with me. She emailed me and sent messages and assisted me as needed. Nice apartment, very close to everything you need. I will highly recommend this apartment.
