My apartment was quiet and any time something needed fixing the management had it done. Management takes the packages in the office from the post office for security and has really been helpful. Laura and Brittany are very professional and communicate in a timely manner, the maintenance team are quick and fix issues promptly. On site management is a big plus.

I can’t say enough good things about McKenna Estates, and Laura is a huge part of why! I had the pleasure of living here a few years ago, and I loved the entire experience so welcoming and stress-free. She truly goes above and beyond for everyone she works with. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments here in Eugene and McKenna Estates has been the absolute best! The apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I love the size of the bedrooms and the layout of the apartment. What makes living here amazing are the people that work at McKenna Estates. Laura, the property manager, is always so nice. She has helped me so much and does her very best to take care of the apartments and the people in it. These are large townhouses with excellent maintenance and property management. Laura is very personable and made it feel like a community. Brittany on weekends is also really great! The apartments are well priced with gas fireplace, multiple balconies and laundry area with hook ups. 10 out of 10 of you’re looking for your next apartment!

I've been living at McKenna Estates for about 5 years now and it has been an incredible experience from day one. The apartments here are spacious, the neighbors have been great and it’s pretty close to everything I need in Eugene and Springfield. It’s especially great if you ever want to attend the ducks games or events at the Cuthbert Amphitheater.
