The first time thst I met Gustavo was at the showing of my unit. He was prompt and there when zi arrived. He greeted me with a smile, he spoke in a well mannered tone and was a pleasure to speak to. He answered a couple of concerns I had and I knew that McJay was going to be my new home. Since my moved we spoke a couple of times on the phone regarding typical new tenant questions a I would say he is a valued employee to your company. Chris is also excellent and is visual on the property doing his maintenance and dealing with sub contractors. I would like to acknowledge the great maintenance at McKay. Response to my requests is prompt and all problems have been addressed satisfactorily. Shout out to Chris R who is so friendly and kind. He always goes beyond when he comes to my apartment, explaining what went wrong and fixing the problem with a smile .Often, once he’s here he is willing to help me with extra tasks which I am unable to do.
