McIver Square Apartments

I live across the street and was walking my dogs on their side walk, one of my dogs relieved themselves and I forgot my bag (it’s raining) and some lady, assuming someone who works there, yelled at me and continued to after I told her I had to go get my doggie bags to clean the mess. She told me it wasn’t fair to the residents? Me forgetting my bag and having to go get it isn’t fair? I wouldn’t talk to a random person the way she talked to me. Very rude.
