McHenry Square Apartments

I loved living here!! The front office have some incredible, beautiful and kind women who are always willing to help you out!! I loved the pool while I was here!! The valet trash is so convenient I didn’t know what I was missing before! Our apartment had such a good layout and was a great home for the last six months!! I will miss it!!

I’ve lived at this apartment community for almost a year, and it’s been a great experience. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly—usually within 24 hours—and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. My unit is modern, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. The location is super convenient, close to shops, and Eisenhower base. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience

The apartments themselves are nice; high ceilings, granite countertops, good amount of light let in. Location is nice with it being near base. It does seem that when the apartments were built they cheaped out on sound/insulation, as I can hear both my neighbors to the sides talking at a standard volume (not blaming them for talking of course). The standard walking above you will result in sound cascading through your apartment as well. The biggest issue is sound enforcement. Residents being loud in the evenings, blasting speakers out on their porches for hours during the afternoons/evenings. During my time there my upstairs neighbor had a treadmill and would use it for 1-2 hours in the evenings and we couldn't be in our apartment. It was quite literally shaking our cabinets to the point

Choose to look into this apartment complex because it was close to Fort Gordon and I have to say location and convenience was not sacrificed for service. The staff was very helpful when I did a virtual tour of the place and the renting process was clear and concise. There are also great amenities here including a small gym and trash pickup as well. The neighborhood is also very quite and safe. 10/10 would recommend

I love it here. Been here a year and have renewed for another year. The maintenance guys are great and fast and effective for anything you need. They have lots of community events and food trucks and very helpful at the office. The grounds are kept clean and we are kept on notice about everything. Great place to live.
