If I had the option to give them -10 it would be that. Worst experience of my life. This place is uninhabitable and unsafe. As a student you can find great places in great locality within the same price they offer, near downtown. A dead body was found in February and the entire apartment complex was stinking for a week. No one from the management cleaned it. The apartments have major mold and cockroach issue even after reporting to the management no one ever comes to fix the pest related issues. I started having severe health and skin problems and my doctor said that it’s the mold. The geyser is placed in the middle of the bedroom, unprotected. Please don’t go on the pictures posted online by them. Someone broke into my car and apparently they don’t have any cameras located on the universi

⚠️ Renter Warning I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this family/company to think twice. Almost three weeks ago, when the snow melted, water flooded my unit because the roof is in terrible condition. Since then, the roof has still not been properly repaired—it actually needs to be completely replaced, but they refuse to address it because of the cost. Now it’s raining again, and water is literally pouring into my unit. No one is responding, and there has been no urgency or concern for the damage being done to my home or my personal property. This experience has shown me that this company is unwilling to properly maintain or repair its properties. Tenants deserve safe, well-maintained housing, and that is not what I’ve experienced here. My advice: Do not rent from them.

Cons: Management companies changed three times within the 9 months I lived here. Took me 3 months of constant emailing and calling to get my deposit back (finally got it back my contacting the parent management company instead of the apartment manager). The wifi that was provided was extremely slow and spotty, it was hard for me to do school and work zoom calls. My neighbor definitely smoked cigarettes and I could smell that often. Pros: Apartments were quiet and appliances were nice. While the parking lot was small, I could always find street parking. Because it’s right beside the interstate, it was super easy and fast for me to get places. Gym has good equipment. Good water pressure and the elevator was helpful for my move-in and out.

Pretty affordable place to rent (coming from Nashville) I rented one of the newly renovated, fully-furnished apartments while attending my summer internship. The neighborhood isn’t great, but it seems to be coming around. SUPER close to downtown! They also have a nice community study room, as well as a gym.

They excelled any & all expectations!! Eriyka is Amazing & made the entire experience smooth sailing! I have seen several reviews on these apartments but I must say what it use to be cannot be what it is now! Renovations have taken place it’s very obvious & it’s definitely quiet and the tenants you will run across are super friendly. Code access to get in the building which is nice to feel a little more safe. You can choose upon preference if you want furnished or unfurnished which consists of a couch, microwave cart, computer desk and roll chair, and a decent bed. The only cons I can think of is parking which is definitely limited and on a first come basis, and the laundry….. there are 2 sets of washers & dryers on each floor and it’s app only usage. Definitely Recommend 👍
