I have lived here for almost 3 years. I could live in a more expensive place, but I have everything I need here. My apartment is in good shape. We’ve always had good maintenance and pest control. Utilities are included in the rent. Cold A/C and warm heat. Furnished. VERY pet friendly. The staff is nice to my 2 cats when they do inspections. My neighbors and I are all clean, quiet, and respect each other. We all just work hard and have a decent place to come home to. Some residents have said that it depends on what building you’re in, and who your neighbors are. I know I got very lucky. If you’re willing to forego the frills of a clubhouse, pool, and gym, and just need a functional place for yourself, you would probably like it here.

So convenient! I stayed for 9 months while at the college. They let you go month to month on the lease, so no need to sign a year or more. Rent ($725/month) was very reasonable & included my power, water & cable. It was nice not having to deal with deposits at the local utilities. My apartment even had a marsh view! The office & maintenance staff were so nice & super accommodating...Kathryn was very helpful.

I moved here about w months ago from a local hotel, and I wish I'd been able to move when I first located this place! The office staff are great, the maintenance people are prompt and courteous. I had an issue with the toilet and the a/c went out, and both times, there was someone there within 10 minutes of my call. I didn't get that kind of service at the hotel I was at! The unit is very nice and airy. I love the stove after having only a microwave. It has a full size fridge, a nice counter for eating at, and a big closet. The only thing I wish it had is a window that you could open, but I can live without that. They are quiet, occasionally, I might hear someone walking on the walkway above me, but that's it. I enjoy being here at this complex has always been a beautiful experience for me. The ladies in the office are so sweet they will help ever it's needed. It's a great location for professionals and mature college students. The location across the street is filled with shopping areas, great restaurants, malls that have a planet fitness and YMCA nearby. My doctors there are outstanding I love my doctors there. Even doctor reference has given me outstanding care. The only downside I have with this city is that you need to have a vehicle with a backup plan in case you have a car issue.
