ZERO STARS! I went to McCombs Realty at 6333 Apples Way, Lincoln, NE 68516 to speak with the owner because of ongoing issues I’ve experienced with their management. During my visit, I told the owner that many people in my neighborhood were dissatisfied. He responded, “I don’t care. I also satisfy a lot of people.” I had also requested that my late fees be removed, as I believed the problem was caused by technological issues on their end. They refused and placed the blame on me. The only email I ever received was a final warning stating that a lien would be placed on my home, even though they claimed to have sent several earlier notices that I never received. If I could give zero stars, I would. This HOA has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often incorrect. They issued late fees for payments that they themselves mishandled, and instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the blame back on homeowners. Trying to resolve even simple issues takes multiple calls and emails, and you rarely get a straight answer. For the amount of money they collect, the level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

Taking over SevenOaks HOA, increasing HOA, and charging a $10 fee to pay a $50 HOA due? You guys are the problem with this industry. Enjoy another one star review.

No communication! If you call, they do not answer, do not return calls, do not return emails, and send back letters mailed to them. Their bookkeeping is messing with random charges, inputting incorrect amounts, not provided documentation for 'special assessment' just charging people without informing them. HOA's are a scam.

Starting with Mary Mccombs this entire outfit is unorganized with Mary lying and being Vulgar and calling names. Embarrassed to have them as our HOA representative! Lies on top of lies!
