I recently sold a condo in Merrimack NH. We chose Peter McClintick to be our realtor. He was so helpful during the entire process. I live 3 hours away from the condo and there were some last minutes details he took care for me (purchasing and changing light bulbs before the first showing for an example). He also was invaluable in a last minute issue that surfaced just before the closing. We listed the property on a Thursday, had an offer by the following Sunday and closed within a month.
