Bowers Landing of Merrimack

I lived here for a year and a half, I had an apartment in one of the newer buildings. The apartment was perfect, cute little 2 bed 2 bath place for me to get back on my feet and start fresh. The property management team was great so friendly and promptly responded to all my needs. I enjoyed living here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Merrimack/Nashua area.

I would not recommend this apartment complex. We've lived in many apartments in many states and most of the time we were left alone unless there was an issue that needed to be resolved by maintenance. Within a matter of weeks of moving in, we got a letter under the door that the property manager wanted to enter for an annual inspection. Then another to enter for HUD inspection. Then another to enter as they wanted in to check the door on the deck to see if they needed to paint it. Then another to enter to change the air filter. Then another to enter as they wanted in to ensure the fire detectors were working. Then again to enter to check the smoke detectors (which were expired.) We lived there for 1 year and the constant invasion of our privacy was just too much. In addition, the landsca
