I wanted to add to my review from before using my personal email. Not only are they willing to tow your car illegally, they are then willing to evict you for not paying the towing amount in your rent. Even when solutions such as taking the money out of your deposit is offered. They say that the parking management and the building management are difference and an agreement was signed with a parking management company. This is not the case. So instead of getting $8,800 from the rest of my lease, they will be sending me to an attorney over $290. Don't even get me started on the other issues as I could type all day. Do NOT rent from them as there is a reason they own so many buildings.. They do the least amount possible and yet take the most. Be very careful.

I've lived at Fashion Square Lofts for several years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the building and the management. The lofts are huge, the walls are basically soundproof, the rooftop view is the best in the city, and the pool is the place to be in the summer. Everything is cleaned and well-maintained, and the building manager is phenomenal - he and the maintenance staff have always responded to my maintenance requests immediately and without fail. To anyone looking to rent downtown, I can't recommend this building enough.

This place is Ok to live. Yes they have a pool, but they treat everyone like they are 12. Good view if you live on the west side, but that good view doesn't make up for them towing your car when you have your car parked legal and with all tags. Oh and let's talk about the elevators... They are horrible, when they work. lol it's almost hilarious, it's the only conversation you have when on the elevator with US Bank employees who take over the first 5 floors. We can't even get 20 people in the building to sign up for Fiber internet, so Charter it is. I could go on forever, but let's just leave it at one star.

Absolutely horrible management company! DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY of their properties. Run down, bugs and they won't take care of any mechanical issues in a decent time.
