Update: After confronting management about these things, they agreed to refund us for the difference between the quote we received and the price of the work they did for cleaning. They also agreed to refunding the amount for the "normal wear and tear" charges. Bottom line: If you are moving out, GET RECEIPTS. Don't let property management companies take advantage of your security deposit. I lived here from November 2022 to November 2024. Here are the pros and cons of this place. First of all, I want to say they will take every bit of your security deposit that they can. They require a cleaning fee from a place they have a contract with, which lead to a $720 cleaning fee for NINE HOURS of cleaning after I had already gone through and cleaned everything beforehand. The apartments are very nice & great for the price. Location is awesome as it’s right close to Costco, breweries, and the interstate. The only complaint I have about this place is the noise. There are lots of dogs who are constantly barking, and if one barks all the rest bark. There are families that live here which means you also hear kids screaming a lot of the time. Alongside, you’re close to a fleet business so you hear large trucks nice & early in the morning, every morning. Again the complex and management are great, if you can get past the noise.

Been living here for a couple months and I like it so far! Maintenance requests are super fast and the apartments are very nice, well-kept, and a great price. Only downside is no AC. In the process of looking for a place, I really liked that May’s had videos of the units as well. It gave me a better idea of size.

I have been hear since it opened almost 4 years ago I love living here i feel safe, it's a wonderful place to live. The management has been here since it opened also so there hasn't been any turn over. They are very good with pets they actually have events for our animals. I will live here as long as I can.

Property Manager was very responsive with the leasing process and was able to send us videos of the unit. The unit was clean and well constructed. The facility allows dogs so there are plenty around the area, but we haven’t had any issue with dogs barking or making noise. No AC though, but the apartments offer AC window units to rent during the summer
